Testing Examples: - Discuss and decide which members of staff should be included in a test: all employees, or only key staff? Who is key staff? - Verify the data in your system is up to date, or use the test as a way to prompt employees to update contact information. - Choose the level of testing that you would like to conduct: * Communication only (including survey feedback)
* Communication + Bulletin Board

* Virtual Switchboard “live or mock” rollovers, Basic or Advanced sessions. - Discuss and decide the date and time for your test.
